16 NCAC 06E .0104          INVOLUNTARY SUSPENSIONS

The absence of a student which results from the suspension or expulsion of that student for disciplinary reasons pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 115C, Article 27 of the General Statutes shall not constitute a violation of the Compulsory Attendance Law.
